About the Program
The CMHA Peer Support Drop-In Centre is a self-help network and a place where individuals experiencing mental health difficulties can benefit from participating in our recovery-focused Drop-In Centre for a wide range of social, recreational and educational activities. We provide a supportive, confidential and safe place to assist individuals with their recovery.
Who is Eligible
Individuals 18 years and older that have a personal mental health issue, or have had one in the past.
Family members of individuals with a mental health issue.
The Program Provides
- Peer Support
- A Variety of Wellness Programs and Creative Activties
- Educational Programs
- Coffee and Healthy Living Meal Program (monthly)
- Access to Computers, Internet, Telephones and Television
The Program is Offered
In Fort Frances, Kenora and Dryden.
